Information Super Highway 3001 by Gaj
Unzip the Image File into "My Pictures" or C:/Windows/Web/Wallpaper for Windows ME,
Right-click on your desktop and select properties, click Browse and find the Image file where you saved it.
If using ME it should be listed if you saved it in Wallpaper.
Set Desktop color to 65,8,6 to avoid those annoying boxes around Icon titles being as noticeable.
Right-click on your desktop and select "properties",
Select the Appearence Tab and choose Desktop in the "Item" Box,
Click on color and select "other", type 65 in the Red box, 8 in Green and 6 in Blue,
Click OK.
