Keywords: Sans serif, Akzidenz-Grotesk, TrueType, Windows
Description:
The Aguizard typeface is inspired by the work of Hermann Berthold, a type designer who founded the Berthold Type Foundry in Berlin in 1858.These typefaces are close in spirit and compare to the work of Berthold, in Akzidenz-Grotesk™ , back in 1896. The early "Grotesk" sans serif typefaces are ancestors of the modern Helvetica and Arial. They were called that way by typographers shocked by the absence of serifs, mandatory at the time.
