- Program is a freeware ( distribute as much as you like)
- Has Pictures, Images, Sounds, Cursors and Icons
FAQ:
The Wallpaper does not display on my Screen. WHY?
=======================================================
The Wallpaper 1 & 3 are both Active Wallpapers, in order to see them
you will require Internet Explorer 4.0 or better to view them. Have
this installed before you select the theme from the Desktop Theme menu !
How to run the THEME using Plus 9x after installation ?
=======================================================
- Press the Start Button on Taskbar
- Start > Settings > Control Panel
- Select Desktop Themes
- Window will open (Press the drop-down list)
- Select Other
- Select the Folder Celine Dion(Enter the folder)
- You will see 5 themes here (Select anyone)
- Press OK
- Press the "Apply" button in the current Window
- Press OK
Your theme is installed !
