Pros:
Basically, this is a wallpaper and sound theme. The sounds are the best part since they are clearly recorded in stereo quality.

Cons:
The readme text file contains no information about installing this theme. All the desktop icons are the standard Windows 95 icons and there are only 3 cursors included. The color scheme is a little off and may cause eye strain.

Overall:
A better wallpaper file, some icons, and color tweaking are all in order. Needs work.
