Pros:
Based on Japanese Geisha, here's a beautiful theme package with original art work by Katy Kianush. The wallpaper is an 800x600 JPG image that also looks perfect centered on a 1024x768 desktop. The icons are captured sections of the same image and well created in the same artistic style. There are a couple of good animated cursors, high quality sound files, new fonts, a set of easy-to-install logo screens and even a screen saver.

Cons:
The mail notification sound file seems out of tune with the rest of the setting. Most of the cursors are the standard 3D type and the color scheme is too dark.

Overall:
Just don't use the color scheme and it looks beautiful. ~ Kirei desu yo!
