Pros:
 triple theme package that will probably make any fan of the Dave Matthews Band cry in contentment. The sound files are the best part since they're all nicely edited, very appropriate and compressed in the best sound format to date. The wallpapers are good-looking 800x600 JPG images, as are all the desktop icons. The cursors are original and there's a nice set of bitmap files provided if you want to replace your original logo screens.

Cons:
One of the background images is too blurry and probably shouldn't even be included in the package. The icons containing pictures of the cover albums are too hard to see. The animated "busy" and "wait" cursors could use a little more creativity.

Overall:
Other than that, this theme is here and ready to be experienced. Grab it folks!
