Pros:
Based on the game, Dark Colony is one of the best sound and graphical quality themes available. The desktop icons have been created with a type of high quality 3D button appearance. The wallpaper file is at a display setting of 1024x768 and the cursors are the basic 3D type with just a little tweaking. The sound files have been reformatted into a newer sound compression for even better stereo sound in a smaller file size. --- This update makes installation easier with a self-extracting archive.

Cons:
Maybe a liiiitle more work with these redundant 3D type cursors. Usually color schemes aren't hit on too much in the ratings unless they are really out of focus with too much color. However, a bit more color in this color scheme might be nice to separate the text background from the window.

Overall:
Personally I like a white text background.
