Pros:
Graphically detailed icons, high color wallpaper, and a color scheme in the closest thing to Technicolor ever seen in a desktop theme. The sounds are perfectly placed with the standards of a theme authoring professional. --- This update makes installation easier with a self-extracting archive.

Cons:
This one is sooooo close to a Doctor's Choice Award. If it just had another animated cursor and a few more sounds like the ones already included, an award would be inevitable.

Overall:
Themes like these really do have a way of promoting music sales.
