Pros:
Graphically picture perfect. The wallpaper file is by far the best part about this theme. It looks great without being stretched and the overall clearness of it is outstanding. There are a couple of really cool animated Viper cursors that rank up there with the best I've ever seen and most of the other cursors are also animated in 3D style. The icons are all shots of the Viper ready for the race track and the sounds put you there.

Cons:
There is nothing really wrong with this theme. Although it's easily adjustable, it's really hard to get a text background that looks good with a red color scheme and some may prefer to change this part.

Overall:
Keep tweaking this one. It's not far from perfect.
