Pros:
This Japanese animation based theme has gone through a few more updates. The wallpaper image is somewhat better and now in two different sizes for 800x600 and 1024x768 users. The color scheme, cursors, icons, and most importantly the sound files have all been tweaked to make a better theme package. There are also some great looking startup and shutdown logos along with a cute little Sailor Moon screen saver to round out a nice theme package.

Cons:
The wallpaper file still shows signs of JPG compression on the image to the right. The sound files sound worse than before!

Overall:
Better sound and a clearer wallpaper file would do this one justice but even as it is, Sailor Moon fans will like it.
