Pros:
Well, they're certainly getting better. This one contains a really cool set of Transformer related cursors and the icons aren't far behind. The 800x600 JPG wallpaper image is made up of one screen capture and one scan of Optimus Prime, cropped and pasted on a solid black background.

Cons:
Not much imagination in the wallpaper and, like the other themes by this theme author, most of the sound files are just too long. The are no resize cursors assigned in this theme package either. They're in the theme but they just aren't assigned. The hot spot for the 'text select' cursor needs set too.

Overall:
"Shorten the sounds!" (Yea, that's starting to feel like a really redundant comment.) If you like Optimus Prime, or just Transformers in general, this is the best one so far.
