Pros:
Trick or Treat! Here's a nice haunted setting for your desktop. It's rather cute with this particular theme author's cut and paste type of wallpaper style. All the images appear to stand out on the screen. Three different theme files are included to easily apply your choice of 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768 JPG wallpaper images. The desktop icons and cursors are of witches, brooms, pumpkins, bats and gravestones in all the right places. The color scheme is also very easy to work with, which deserves an honorable mention when it comes to dark Halloween type color settings.

Cons:
The main *.theme file contains two complete sets of code. It doesn't really cause a conflict but it's also unnecessary and an unfortunate example of poor quality theme-authoring programs used to create themes. (It's also unregistered.) Sound files are included but they are directly from the Microsoft "Utopia" sound scheme. (Hello copyright violation.)

Overall:
Clean up the code and add some original sound. This theme could easily be award-winning material.
