Pros:
This package consists of a 1024x768 JPG wallpaper of the guitar legend himself, 15 slightly altered cursors, 5 photo type icons, 13 high quality sound files, system logo screens and a commonly used "Electric" screen saver. Everything blends together nicely for a good quality psychedelic Hendrix based theme.

Cons:
This update fixes several code issues but now there's a different code issue, which is preventing the theme from loading properly into the Microsoft Plus! preview window. After checking the code, it appears that the [Metrics] and not listed properly. After tweaking this, everything loaded just fine. The theme will still load just fine but it may freak out the average Microsoft Plus! user since nothing appears in the preview window.

Overall:
It loads but still needs a code fix.
