Pros:
Too bad this one wasn't around for last Halloween. You should get it for next year's holiday season. Very similar to another Horror theme, this one uses a washed version of the wallpaper file over a background mansion scene (the Bates hotel?). The sounds are from various horror films and placed appropriately. The animated and static cursors are the best part of this theme package.

Cons:
The sounds could use some tweaking as some end abruptly and some contain static. The "my computer" icon also needs some contrast.

Overall:
There's room for adjustments but it's worth having for next Halloween.
