Pros:
Just as the title implies, it is based on a Castle in a night setting. The wallpaper file is a 3D rendered graphic of a mystical castle at night. All the sound files are of things you might hear if you were to visit this castle. The animated cursors and icons are nothing less than great! There are also several extra icons for various shell associations. This upgrade includes code changes for compatibility with Windows95/98/2000/NT. 

Cons:
Extra icons are included but the 'My Documents' reference is for the system default. This package could also use a few more original cursors, system logo screens and a screen saver.

Overall:
It's an exceptional look for any desktop.
