Pros:
It's a theme dedicated to the Phantasm movie series. The screen saver and startup screens specifically relate to Oblivion. The rest spans all Phantasm movies. Four theme files are included, relating to which sound scheme you prefer and whether or not you're using 95 or 98. There's a 1024x768 JPG wallpaper image, web view images for Plus! 98 users, several original cursors, desktop icons and 22 different sound files all packed in a self-extracting archive.

Cons:
Several cursors are assigned for default settings but they are not available on all systems. Some of the sound files are cut abruptly. The same web view images are also added redundantly, which makes for an even larger file size.

Overall:
Most importantly, fix the code to reference cursors correctly. Then edit the code to reference the same web view images and delete the others.
