Pros:
Pingu the penguin BBC TV character is here. Tiled wallpaper, icons, cursors and sound files of the little guy himself are all included.

Cons:
The wallpaper is washed out. Icons are a mix of cutout and regular box photo type with a little inconsistency in quality. A few cursors are the standard type.

Overall:
There's not much to it but it works. If you enjoy the Pingu character, come and get it.
