Pros:
This is a cute little kids art based theme about Noah's Ark. The package is available in 800x600 and 1024x768 JPG wallpaper display sizes with well-matched color settings, a couple of new animated cursors, desktop icons, web view images and system logo screens. The 'Kids' true type font is also included for those that need it.

Cons:
'Software\Classes\' needs to be removed from the theme file code to avoid problems for standard Microsoft Plus! users on Windows 95 and Windows 98. Note that this does not affect those using the purchased version of Microsoft Plus! 98 for Windows 98 systems. (See the Emergency page for more information.) The included readme.txt file also fails to mention proper theme installation. You'll need to extract all theme parts to a subdirectory called "Precious Ark" within the themes directory. As for individual theme parts, the wallpaper images are scared and blurry. There are no sound files or screen saver settings included. Most of the cursors are also the standard 3D type.

Overall:
Most importantly, the code needs to be updated and proper installation instructions need to be included. It's cute but it could be a lot better with just a few adjustments.
