Pros:
It's always nice to see something different and this theme is just that. Actually it's a lot of things different. Ken Hinds (author) makes sure every cursor is something new and very creative. There are plenty of fruits-n-veggies to choose from. The sounds are all in CD quality and no two are alike. The color scheme is similar to the colors found in the Microsoft Plus "Sports" theme but look even better. The size might fool you but there are even startup/shutdown logo screens and an original screensaver included in this little package.

Cons:
A little more originality with the recycle bin icons would be nice.

Overall:
It's unbelievable, considering the small file size.
