Pros:
Rainbow 6 is a computer generated PC game and this theme brings the gaming atmosphere straight to your desktop. The 1152x864 BMP wallpaper image is of the highest quality, as are all the 16-bit stereo sound effects. There are several high-color desktop icons and original animated cursors to keep you entertained.

Cons:
The hotspots are not set correctly in the Help select (help.cur), Working in the background (R6-Anim.ani), Busy (crosshair.ani), Precision select (cross.cur), Handwriting (pen.cur) Unavailable (Unavailable.cur) and Alternate select (up.cur) cursors. The sound files are all uncompressed "PCM,22,050 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo" files that sound great but are not for theme distribution via the Internet. This creates a considerable amount of wasted download time and takes up approximately 3.38MB of uncompressed disk space. It might also take a significant amount of memory from the operating system on older PCs.

Overall:
Fix the cursor hotspots and compress the sound files for a better rating.
