Rename the text under the 'Recycle Bin' desktop icon to anything you like. Don't worry, it'll restore default settings just as easily and it doesn't require any system resources. You can call it 'Recycled Electrons', or you can call it 'Trash', or you can call it 'Waste Paper Basket'. Hey, maybe even give it your bosses name. Thanks to the Recycle Bin Editor, you can name it anything you like.
