Pros:
"Hey Rocky! Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat. Oops... don't know my own strength." You gotta love Rocky & Bullwinkle. That line's not included with this theme but as expected, there are a few funny sound files in this one and most are cut very well. The wallpaper is a 640x480 JPG image that stretches to 800x600 without much loss of quality. All the icons are perfect cut outs of the main Rocky & Bullwinkle characters. There's also a startup logo.

Cons:
"Curses, foiled again." Yes, some of the sound associations may get to you after a while. The 'Critical Stop' wave and 'Alternate Select' cursor files are not referenced properly in the theme code. Most of the cursors are the standard 3D type and none are original. There's no readme.txt file with installation instructions for novice users either.

Overall:
A bigger wallpaper image and some extra cursors need to be pulled out Rocky's hat. The small file size makes it worthy of a download and kids will probably like it.
