Pros:
Based on the German techno/rave band Scooter. This theme contains a 3D rendered wallpaper image for both 800x600 or 1024x768 desktop displays, original animated cursors and CD quality MPEG Layer-3 sound files. There are also 2 sets of *.theme files to easily apply the wallpaper of your choice for Windows 95 or Windows 98. Electric screen saver, startup/shutdown logo screens, and an extra true type font are also included.

Cons:
Nothing really. Just be careful with the logo installation bat files. They will overwrite any current logo settings so be sure to back up your original logos first. The web view images for Windows 98 are the standard default graphics.

Overall:
It will take a lot more than these minor cons to hold this one back from the rating it deserves. In fact, it looks like a promotion type theme for commercial advertising. If this doesn't promote record sales, nothing will.
