Pros:
Based on the animated movie, this package contains plenty of cute Toy Story 2 characters in bright and shinny detail. There are settings for 800x600 display sizes with a well-matched color scheme, desktop icons, static and animated cursors. Web view images, system logo screens and a screen saver are included.

Cons:
Installation instructions are inadequate. Not all theme managers install desktop themes alike or properly. It would also be better if all theme parts were archived within the 'Toy Story 2' folder, including the web view images and the screen saver, with proper installation instructions and file references within the theme code. Most of the cursors are the standard 3D type and the 'My Computer' icon is rough looking. The wallpaper is tiled instead of stretched so it doesn't appear correctly for larger or smaller display sizes.

Overall:
It sounds great but could use some tweaks. Most importantly, proper installation instructions should be included.
