Pros:
Boy..., when this theme author included "Ultimate" in the title, it was no joke. This theme really is the ultimate for any fan of this cartoon series and there are more things to "Tick" you off than you can possibly imagine. In fact, this is one of the most complete desktop themes available to date with plenty of cool little animated Tick cursors, Tick sound files, Tick logos, an 800x600 Tick bitmap wallpaper, and even a 3D screen saver to throw everything at you.

Cons:
Although somewhat understandable for this type of theme, the desktop wallpaper is a bit rough around the edges at higher display settings. The sound files are all in 8-bit mono and some associations may become annoying after a while.

Overall:
Don't shake your head at this one until you've had the chance to download it and let the Ultimate Tick show you how it's done.
